We offer three shipping methods for most items: Standard (3 to 7 business days), 2- to 3-Day Shipping (2 to 3 business days) and 1-Day Shipping (1 business day). We use Freight shipping (7 to 14 business days) for heavy or oversize items.
We may fulfill the items in your order at different times and with different vendors, so your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times.
You will receive a confirmation email for each shipment. The email also lists the items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped. We do not charge extra for these split shipments.
Some heavy or large items, identified as oversize, have a special shipping cost. You can find your actual shipping cost during checkout.
Returns
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority.
If an item you ordered from Stock Springs does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 90 days of receiving it.
